In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Our Flower Delivery Policy

At Floral Loft Wholesale, we believe every delivery should feel special. Each arrangement is thoughtfully designed with fresh, beautiful flowers and carefully prepared for delivery.

Fresh Flowers, Carefully Delivered All orders are made with fresh flowers and arranged as close to the delivery time as possible. Because flowers are seasonal and availability can change, substitutions of equal or greater value may occasionally be necessary to maintain the beauty and quality of your arrangement.

Delivery Times We offer reliable local flower delivery throughout our service area. While we do our best to deliver within the requested time frame, delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, holidays, and the number of deliveries that day.

For special occasions, we recommend placing your order in advance whenever possible.

Recipient Not Available If the recipient is not available when we arrive, we will make a reasonable attempt to contact the recipient or the person who placed the order. Depending on the location and circumstances, flowers may be left in a safe location or with a nearby person when appropriate.

For deliveries to businesses, hospitals, schools, hotels, apartments, and other facilities, the delivery may be accepted by a reception desk, front office, mailroom, or other authorized person.

Delivery Address Please make sure the delivery address and recipient information are accurate when placing your order. An incorrect or incomplete address may result in additional delivery charges or delays.

Special Instructions We are happy to accommodate delivery instructions whenever possible. Please include any helpful information at checkout, such as gate codes, apartment numbers, preferred drop-off locations, or other access instructions.

Same-Day Delivery Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time and within our delivery area. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, delivery availability and time windows may be limited due to extremely high order volume.

Your Satisfaction Matters We want you and the recipient to love your flowers. If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos of the arrangement. We will do our best to make things right.
